Care Info

    ~ CANDLE CARE ~
  • When enjoying your candle for the first time, I recommend that you allow the candle wax to fully melt all the way to the edge of the jar. This will help you achieve a consistent burn for the duration of your candles life.
  • Trim the candle wick to 6mm before lighting your candle & limit burn time to 3-4hrs.
  • Never leave a candle unattended and keep your candle out of reach of children & pets
  • Place your candle on a flat, heat resistant surface
  • Use the lid to keep dust off your candle between burns
  • Candles are sensitive to both temperature and light, so try and store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
  • Discontinue use once the remaining wax is around 5mm.
  • Candle jars make great decor and can be reused to store trinkets, stationary etc. After you have finished burning your candle, remove any excess wax and clean the jar with warm soapy water.

~ REED DIFFUSER CARE ~

  • To set up your diffuser, remove lid and stopper cap.
  • It is up to you whether you use the black lid for your diffuser or not.
  • Untie one set of the provided reeds and insert them into the bottle. If you are placing your diffuser in a smaller room, you may want to start with fewer reeds than provided. Keep your spare set of reeds in a safe place for later use.
  • Choose a flat surface to place your reed diffuser, out of reach of pets and children. You may also want to use a coaster to protect your surface from any possible ring stains.
  • Clean any spills immediately with a damp cloth, as it can react with some surfaces.
  • If you find your scent weakening and want an extra burst of aroma, you can flip your reeds. Be careful not to drip - I recommend doing this over paper towel or a surface that is easily cleaned as a precaution.
  • After a couple of months, you can replace your reeds with the spare set provided for a fresh burst of scent.
  • Keep in mind, how long you get out of your diffuser depends on the environment such as air conditioning, direct sunlight, draughts etc.
  • Do not light the reeds, the oil is flammable.
