MY BLACK DOG eGIFT CARD & GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS (‘Terms’)

Our eGift Cards and Gift Certificates may only be used for purchases at myblackdog.com.au 

eGift Cards & Gift certificates are not able to be redeemed for cash amounts in whole or in part and are non-transferable.

eGift Cards & Gift Certificates are subject to these Terms and the general Terms and Conditions of use of our online website OliverThomas.com.au.

USING YOUR MY BLACK DOG eGIFT CARD OR GIFT CERTIFICATE

My Black Dog eGift Cards & Gift Certificate may only be used on purchases made within our online store.

You may use the eGift Card & Gift Certificate on a single purchase transaction or may use it several times over any period. There is no requirement to use the full amount for one transaction. You may retain the balance in whole or part against future purchases at a later date in our online shop.

Where the cost of any purchase exceeds the available eGift Card balance, you are required to make up the difference between the purchase price total amount and the eGift Card balance.

My Black Dog eGift Cards & Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years.

eGift Cards can not be reloaded.

Discount codes can not be used for the purchase of eGift Cards or Gift certificates unless stated otherwise.

Replacement of lost or stolen eGift Cards & Gift Certificates will solely be at the discretion of My Black Dog.

If your My Black Dog eGift Card was purchased using a customer account, you may check your balance using the link in your eGift Card email. If you are using Apple Pass Wallet, you may check your balance on your iPhone.
