I want you to enjoy your candles as much as I enjoy creating them for you. If you change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days provided the products are unused and in original condition for resale. Please reach out with your order details if a return is required.

Please note that the shipping cost of returns are at the customers own expense.

Every effort is made to ensure a safe shipping journey, however if your order is damaged during delivery, please reach out within 48hrs with photos so that I can follow this up with the courier company and make the relevant claim. I will do my best to replace your order as soon as possible, however if I don't have your item in stock, a full refund will be offered.
