Shipping policy
Orders are processed on business days (excluding NSW public holidays). We aim to dispatch your order within 48hrs upon receipt of full payment and delivery usually takes between 2 and 7 business days, depending on your location. Please allow extra time for remote areas and products dispatched direct from our distributors warehouses, especially during the busy Christmas period.
If your order contains a product on pre order, your complete order will be sent once we have all products in stock.
If your order is damaged during delivery, please reach out to us within 48hrs with photos so that we can follow this up with the courier company and make the relevant claim. We will do our best to replace your order as soon as possible, however if we don't have your item in stock, we will offer a full refund.
